Loan Submission - LNB "Mini-Pack"

In order to expedite your pre-approval, please complete the following items. Pre-approvals generally take 24-72 hours, depending on the desired loan program and completeness of the submission packet...

1. LNB Loan Submission Form
    
   
2. Fully completed 1003 or Personal Financial Statement - It is very important that this is filled out completely. Please list ALL income, assets, real estate owned and liabilities.
    
   
3. Tri-merge Credit Report - Needed for each borrower. The report must be no more than 30 days old.
    
   
4. Operating Statement / P&L for the subject property (Click here for sample)
    
5. Rent Roll - Needed for all properties with tenants.
    
   
6. Borrower Financials - 2 years of personal and business returns. (Not required for Stated Income programs.)
   
   
7. Photos of the property
